A design is manufacturable when it can be made reliably and affordably with a real process — not just modeled on a computer. Knowing whether yours qualifies comes down to a handful of questions: does it suit a manufacturing process, are the tolerances realistic, can it be assembled efficiently, and does it avoid features that add cost for no reason? If you're unsure, that uncertainty is itself worth resolving before you request production quotes.
