These Terms govern your use of vespucciglobal.com (the “Site”) and the consultations and services offered by R1 Brushless Motor Lab, LLC, doing business as Vespucci Global (“Vespucci Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Vespucci Global offers practical guidance on product development, prototyping, manufacturing, sourcing, and related topics. Our consultations and materials help you evaluate options and make your own informed decisions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, cost, timeline, or commercial success. Our guidance is general and experience-based; it is not a substitute for professional engineering, legal, financial, tax, or customs advice. For legal matters — including patents and other intellectual property — consult a qualified attorney. For financial, tax, or customs matters, consult a qualified professional.

Consultations and Scheduling

We offer a paid introductory consultation and other options described on the Site, scheduled through our booking tool and subject to availability. Times are shown in your local time zone, and a minimum booking notice applies as stated at booking.

Payment

Consultation fees are shown at booking and processed by our payment processor. By booking, you authorize the applicable charge.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

You may reschedule a booking once, free of charge, with at least two (2) hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Cancellations or no-shows within two (2) hours of the start time are non-refundable. If Vespucci Global cancels a consultation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Confidentiality and the Information You Share

Keep what you share during the introductory consultation general and nonconfidential. Do not send CAD files, trade secrets, or confidential product information through the Site or the introductory consultation. For a longer engagement, we can arrange a nondisclosure agreement first. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.

Intellectual Property — Yours

As between you and Vespucci Global, you retain ownership of the ideas, designs, and materials you already own. We do not claim ownership of your product or your intellectual property. Questions about protecting, filing, or enforcing IP rights are legal matters for a qualified attorney.

Intellectual Property — Ours

The Site and its content — text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Vespucci Global and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our permission.

Acceptable Use

Use the Site and our services lawfully; do not misuse them, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our guidance will achieve any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vespucci Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation will not exceed the amount you paid for that consultation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vespucci Global and R1 Brushless Motor Lab, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; when we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the update.
