This Privacy Policy explains how R1 Brushless Motor Lab, LLC, doing business as Vespucci Global (“Vespucci Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vespucciglobal.com (the “Site”) or book a consultation with us.

Information We Collect
When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect what you choose to provide: your name; email address; phone number (optional); company name (optional); the consultation topic or type of help you’re looking for; and a short, nonconfidential description of your question or project. Please keep that description general — do not send CAD files, trade secrets, or confidential product information through the Site or the introductory consultation. If confidential review becomes appropriate later, we can arrange a nondisclosure agreement first. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site, through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your questions; schedule, conduct, and follow up on consultations; process consultation payments; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; measure Site and marketing performance; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Payments
Consultation payments are processed by Stripe through our scheduling tool, Calendly, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Analytics and Advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and similar online identifiers to collect information such as the pages you visit, actions you take, and whether you arrived from an ad. Cookies
We use cookies for basic Site functionality and for the analytics and advertising measurement above. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — Webflow (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics and advertising) — who process it on our behalf; when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Data Retention
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and business obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve provided by emailing hello@vespucciglobal.com. If you are a California resident, you have rights under California law, including to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites or tools we don’t control; this Policy doesn’t apply to them.
Changes
We may update this Policy; when we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the update.
