What can I ask during the 10-minute consultation?
You can ask one focused, general question about product development, manufacturing, prototypes, sourcing, cost reduction, ecommerce, or an existing product.
Can I share confidential information?
Do not disclose confidential details during the introductory consultation. If confidential review is needed, an NDA can be arranged before a longer engagement.
Is the consultation refundable?
You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least two hours’ notice — one reschedule per booking. Cancellations or no-shows within two hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. And if we ever need to cancel, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
What happens after the introductory consultation?
You may decide that the answer is enough. If more help is needed, Vespucci Global can discuss a longer consultation, hourly support, a defined project, or ongoing engagement.
Do you work with first-time inventors?
Yes.
Do you work with established businesses?
Yes.
Is there a minimum project size?
No project is too small. Vespucci Global can help with one question or a larger engagement when there is a practical fit.
Can you build prototypes?
Vespucci Global can assist with prototype planning and may support 3D printing, CNC machining, functional prototypes, and related development work.
Can you help find manufacturers?
Yes. Factory sourcing, supplier vetting, RFQs, quote comparison, and communication may be available as paid services.
Do you manufacture in the USA?
Vespucci Global has access to product-development and manufacturing resources in the United States.
Can you help manufacture in Taiwan or China?
Yes. Vespucci Global has manufacturing resources and experience involving Taiwan and China.
Can you guarantee product success?
No. Product success depends on technical, financial, operational, legal, and market factors.
Can you provide patent advice?
Vespucci Global can discuss general product-development timing, but patent and legal questions should be handled by a qualified attorney.
Can you review my CAD files during the $20 consultation?
No. Detailed or confidential file review requires a longer paid engagement and appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
