Confidentiality Notice
Do not disclose confidential product information during the introductory consultation. If confidential review is needed, Vespucci Global can arrange an NDA before a longer consultation or development engagement.
Rescheduling and Refunds
You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least two hours’ notice — one reschedule per booking. Cancellations or no-shows within two hours of the start time are non-refundable. If we ever need to cancel, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
What Happens Next
Some clients only need the introductory answer. Others choose to continue with a full 30-minute consultation for $100, hourly support, a design or engineering review, prototype development, supplier or quote review, or a defined development project.
